This gives you direct access to your rental schedule. You can view reservations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Your tenants can also keep an eye on their vacations and choose their services 100% online, at any time.
Reservations: visibility and transparency
By entrusting the management of your vacation rental to Immo’ Select, you benefit from maximum visibility via our various media: internet partners (Airbnb, Tripadvisor, Booking…), window displays and flyers.
When potential tenants are interested in your property, they can place an option valid for 5 days, with no obligation.
As the owner-lessor, you are directly informed of the confirmation of a reservation by the payment of a deposit.
What’s more, at the end of each season, we’ll send you your personal guest book, compiling comments and recommendations made by various tenants.

Take advantage of free commissioning of your home
Before and after the start of each season, we commission your home free of charge. Our teams will, for example, take care of making your property frost-free, turning on the water or electricity, switching on the water heater and opening the shutters.
For reasons of safety and economy, we close your home if it has not been rented for more than two weeks.
Administrative and accounting management of your rental property: a comprehensive, transparent service
Fixed application fees guarantee high income
No unpleasant surprises. Our processing fees are fixed and do not vary according to the property’s capacity.
The difference between the marketed price and your owner’s net is reduced, guaranteeing you a high income.
In practice, the balance of rental income is generally paid at the end of the season. However, this sum can also be allocated to you at another time, according to your needs, on simple request.
As your agent, we are also able to manage your expenses related to work or other administrative costs. For example, electricity bills or condominium charges.
If you opt for this solution, we will act directly on your credit account, which is funded by rental income.
A deposit and insurance to protect owners
On arrival, tenants are required to pay a security deposit. This protects you against any damage to your property.
The amount of this guarantee is adjusted according to the standard of each furnished apartment.
Our agency has also taken out holiday cancellation insurance. This guarantees payment of your stay in the event of a justified cancellation, such as an interruption to your stay, or a lack of snow approved by SAGETS (the company that runs the Les Gets ski area).
Another advantage of this insurance is that it covers inadvertent damage to property, up to €2,500 per claim.

For example, we take care of your move-in and move-out inventory of fixtures.
To this end, before marketing your property, we ask you to provide a complete inventory of the property’s equipment by sending you a dedicated form, which guides and facilitates the inventory.
Finally, outside rental periods, we offer you the Select’ Essentiel and/or Select Sérénité concierge package. Annual chimney sweeping, meter readings, monthly home inspections… we take care of everything, while you enjoy peace of mind.

If the technical nature of the work exceeds the skills of our service department, or for reasons of warranty and insurance, we will contact you to arrange for an authorized company to carry out the work.
In case of emergency, our concierge service is also available 24/7.
