Through this tool, you can block or free up the weeks of your choice online and book any services you wish prior to your arrival.
Booking transparency
Following the marketing of your property on our various media (internet partners, shop window and prospectus), all potential tenants can place an option valid for 5 days, without commitment.
As a landlord, you are informed of the confirmation of a reservation by the payment of a deposit.
At the end of each season, we will send you your “guest book” containing the feedback provided by the tenants.
Technical and administrative management of your property
Technical management
Before and after each season, we provide free start-up services for your home (frost protection, turning on the water, electricity, water heating, opening shutters).
For reasons of security and economy, after two weeks of non-rental, we will close down your accommodation.
As a landlord, you can benefit from the services provided by our Agency. To do so, a private area is dedicated to you on our website, which you can consult at any time.
Before marketing your property, we ask you to provide us with a detailed inventory of your property. We provide you with a form to guide your inventory. The inventory is checked at the end of each season.
All our rentals systematically include bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning.
During rental periods, a maintenance service allows us to respond to all breakdowns or small repairs at the request of the tenants or upon observation during the inventory of fixtures and fittings. When the technical complexity is beyond the competence of our service or for reasons of guarantees or insurance, we will contact you in order to appoint an approved company.
Outside of the rental periods, we offer you the Select’ Essentiel and/or Select’Sérénité concierge package (link to the packages page).
For each rental, our Agency provides a free welcome kit, a bathroom set, single-use mattress covers and pillow protectors in each accommodation: a guaranteed commitment to quality!
Administrative & accounting management
The balance of your rentals is normally paid at the end of the season but can also be paid upon request
Moreover, our fees are fixed and do not vary according to the capacity of the property. The difference between the marketed price and your owner’s net is thus reduced, guaranteeing you a higher income
As your agent, we can manage your expenses related to renovation or other administrative costs (electricity, condominium fees, etc.) by acting on your credit account on your behalf, which is being funded by your rental income.
Making holidays easier for owners and tenants
To guarantee a smooth arrival, our tenants benefit from a wide range of services, explained when they book:
- Airport transfers via our partner
- Delivery of lift passes, which can be collected from the agency
- Ski and snowboard lesson bookings through our partner ESF (Ecole de Ski Français)
- Ski equipment booking through our partner located 20m from our agency and from the foot of the slopes

- Firewood delivery (if not included)
- Mid-stay cleaning service
- Home meal delivery
- Breakfast delivery

- Beauty and wellness treatment booking
Security
On arrival, we ask for a deposit to protect you against possible material damage.
The amount of this deposit is adjusted according to the standard of each furnished accommodation. Our agency has taken out holiday cancellation insurance which guarantees payment of the holiday in the event of justified cancellation (e.g. interruption of the holiday, lack of snow confirmed by SAGETS etc.).
This insurance also has the advantage of covering damage to furniture caused inadvertently by the occupants, up to a limit of 2,500 euros per claim.
Two full-time technical staff are available for any maintenance or small repairs.
