Fees do not apply in the event of delegation of mandate.

Fees payable by the buyer or seller according to the sales mandate, including 20% VAT.

The fees represent the maximum percentages applicable to our services.

HOLIDAY RENTAL MANAGEMENT

At the owner’s expense	23% including VAT of the gross rental price* (Rate for a single service)
At the tenant’s expense	Fixed administrative fees, optional holiday cancellation insurance and hotel-related services if included or mandatory according to the Terms and Conditions of Use.

*In the event of the management and marketing of several lots, fees payable by the principal amount to 20% including VAT on the gross price.

Fees are payable by the owner and include VAT at 20%. Fees represent the maximum percentages applicable to our services.

Flat rate :

1. Recovery of forgotten items (postage included): €30 including VAT for mainland France only and for any parcel weighing less than 1.5kg
2. Inventory fees payable by the owner: €40 including VAT per hour

Selected luxury accommodation, check-in and check-out inventory, personalised welcome, disposable mattress and pillow covers, cleaning kits and bathroom products, booking of additional services (ski passes and lessons, airport transfers, breakfast and meal delivery, wellness and beauty treatments, private chef, pastry delivery), 24-hour concierge service, owner and tenant extranet code (online schedule and booking tracking), owner guest book, etc.
